Prior to joining GPRS, Rachel worked in the Claims Management industry, leading a Communications team in a busy Sales department. This involved maintaining direct communication with clients, managing email marketing campaigns and carrying out day-to-day administrative tasks, as well as leading a successful team to hit monthly targets.
Rachel also has an English degree, giving her writing and proofreading skills which are coming in very useful at GPRS!
Rachel joined the company in February 2019 and took on the role of Sales Support and Marketing Administrator, which includes providing administrative support to the team of Sales Consultants, generating sales leads via web research, managing the company’s social media channels, database management, and scheduling diaries.
Rachel is very organised and has a meticulous eye for detail, and uses this to ensure that everything ‘behind the scenes’ is running smoothly.
Loves: Spending time with friends, live music, and reading.
Hates: Rude people, gherkins, and slow walkers.
If Rachel was forcibly evacuated to a desert island, and could only take three things with her, she would take: all the Harry Potter books, an endless supply of Domino’s pizza, and a comfy bed.
