Management Trainer/Assessor L5: Northamptonshire
Home based covering Northampton + 30 miles (Regional Role) - £24,000 to £30,000
We are looking for an experienced Management Trainer / Assessor to support in the delivery and assessment of apprenticeship programmes up to Level 5. Working from home you will be managing a caseload of learners - conducting workplace assessments, progress reviews, training and ensuring the learners are working towards completion. The role will include travelling mainly across the Northamptonshire region, visiting your learners within the workplace in order to progress them. A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required.
Hairdressing Tutor / Assessor: East Midlands
Regional role covering East Midlands - £20,000 to £25,000
We are looking for a Hairdressing training professional to join this Grade 1 outstanding private training provider in the delivery and assessment of Level 2 & 3 Hairdressing Apprenticeship Standards and Functional Skills. Based from home, you will be responsible for managing your own diary along with a caseload of 30 learners supporting them through their qualifications, this will include 1-1 delivery and work-based assessments, alongside some class/group delivery on site. You will be travelling across the East Midlands to visit your learners in Salons, you'll take overall responsibility for ensuring learners are progressing to complete their apprenticeship programmes A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required.
Learner Services Officer: London
Stratford/Plumstead based - with some travel (Regional Role) - £22,000 to £28,000
If you have a passion for working with and helping people, this role will be ideal for you! We are looking for a Learner Services Officer to take the lead on developing young people's work readiness and finding them suitable opportunities. You will be responsible for managing a caseload and supporting candidates to achieve their training/work goals through advice and guidance- you will be interviewing potential apprentices and then matching them with suitable employers and opportunities across the region. The role will include liaising and engaging with external organisations to facilitate the recruitment of young people/learners along with coordinating the vacancy matching and learner placement process. The role will be office based but include some travel to other office locations along with attending learner recruitment events when required and carrying out a range of initial assessment activities. A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required.

Nottingham (Regional Role) - £25,000 to £28,000
This home-based role would suit an NVQ assessor with a strong business management background. You will be responsible for the delivery of Team Leader, Customer Service, Business Admin and Management up to level 5. You will be responsible for assessing learners in their workplace, providing support and coaching through their qualifications in accordance with their learning plans. You will manage your own diary to ensure you achieve and exceed a 88% achievement rate for your learners so you must be flexible and motivated. A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required.

This home-based role would suit an NVQ assessor with a strong business management background.
