Quality Manager - Digital Communication
Home based role - £42,000 to £47,000
Reporting directly to the Director of Quality and Excellence you will be responsible for the effective development of the Media and Communications apprenticeship programmes and for the management of quality assurance. This is a home-based role with national travel on a monthly basis. As a sector lead you will play an active role in the success and growth of this programme. You will be responsible for the design and development of exciting and stimulating learning programmes. You will be required to work closely with the recruitment team and key accounts to ensure programmes for SME and levy employers are appealing and can be delivered to exceptional standards. You will be required to ensure that EPA process and fully embedded within their sector and are in place to achieve Gateway and EPA You will be responsible for developing all quality assurance process and monitoring visits along with personal development reviews whilst ensuring that all activity is planned and fully documented in-line with company procedures, Ofsted, awarding bodies and ESFA requirements. You will require knowledge, competency and experience in the following sectors - Marketing, Advertising, PR, Journalism, Broadcast Production and Digital Marketing.
Construction Trainer Assessor: Derby
A regional role covering Derby and Nottingham - £24,000 to £27,000
We are recruiting for a passionate and experienced construction trainer. You will be delivering classroom-based traineeships Level 1 construction skills and also assessing learners on level 2 & 3 apprenticeships in their workplace, these learners will be based around Derby and Nottingham. You will be required to design, plan, produce and deliver vocational skills sessions and help to raise the achievement of all learners. This training provider is Ofsted grading Good which shows a fantastic reputation for engaging students. You will be responsible for assessing your students on their Level 2&3 apprenticeship in construction and ensuring strong relationships with employers.
Apprenticeship Manager: Warrington
Warrington - £35,000 to £50,000
This is a newly created position with a commercial training provider - calling for an experienced work-based learning Manager to oversee the apprenticeship delivery provision. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement of the apprenticeship programmes along with supporting on quality assurance activity, and will contribute towards the strategic, operational, curriculum and development planning. Duties will include implementing and reviewing innovative approaches to the delivery of the programmes, monitoring learner progression and supporting with staff management and development. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will ensure the quality of teaching, learning and assessment is to the highest standards, in line with awarding bodies, ESFA and Ofsted.
