FREELANCE Functional Skills Teacher

We have an exciting opportunity to join a growing training provider on a freelance basis. They are looking for an professional BIT Lean Continuous Improvement Trainer / Assessor to join their team. You will be required to visit your learners at least once per month but they will need to start on site around 4pm and finish around 10pm to suit the employers shift patterns. There are 10-15 learners in total. This role wouldn't include weekend working. To carry out training and assessments for delivery, ensuring high levels of standards are maintained and assessment needs of candidates are being met. You will undertake teaching and learning to groups of Adult Apprentices within their workplace, embedding high standards of CI practice across a wide range of clients through 121 coaching and group training workshops. A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required.
Leadership & Management Trainer - L3 & L5 - Freelance: London
London - £25
A brilliant opportunity if you are looking for part time hours on a long term basis. Working for a company who delivers their own apprenticeships to their staff as part of their continual professional development. Working virtually, you would be supporting supervisors, team leaders and managers achieve their level 3 and 5 in management and leadership. The company is looking to progress to level 7 in the future and you'd have the opportunity to study for that level yourself as part of your CPD. On average there would be about three days work per week. The learners are all working for the employer provider and are looking for you to help them achieve their next level of qualification as part of the company's commitment to ongoing CPD. A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required.
Health & Social Care Assessor - L3 & L5 - Freelance: London

Lead Assessor - Engineering: Hampshire
Covering Hampshire region (Regional Role) - £30,000 to £35,000
We're looking for an experienced apprenticeship assessor across Engineering to lead /manage the field-based delivery, training and assessment across the Hampshire region and support with delivery & assessment. You will be responsible for supporting a small team of assessors (Machining and Electrical Engineering) and your responsibilities will include: monitoring learner progression, retention and achievement rates, preparing and maintaining documents and reports, reviewing ILPs, setting targets for assessors, performance management and ensuring the quality of training and assessments are to a high standard and in line with funding and regulatory bodies. The role will include mainly travelling across employer sites to complete reviews, checks and assessments of learners whilst managing your own small cohort of learners, but you will also play a key role in managing the Engineering centre/workshop assessments. A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required.
Engineering Instructor: Havant
Havant (Regional Role) - £28,000 to £32,000
We are looking for experienced Engineering professionals to support in the practical and theoretical delivery of Engineering qualifications, courses and apprenticeship programmes. Based in Hampshire, you will manage classroom and workshop based delivery and training across either Machining or Electrical programmes depending on your specialism. The candidates will provide advice and guidance in all aspects of Engineering Training Programmes to all groups of clients - from apprenticeships to commercial industry training. You'll be responsible for training with large groups of students by planning and preparing engaging learning sessions and formulating programme content ready for delivery, as well as complete workshop assessments and reviews with students ensuring they are progressing to complete. The successful candidate will monitor their learners' progress, complete the necessary paperwork and provide feedback to learners and clients. We are looking for candidates with specialisms across machining, welding, maintenance, electrical and electronics within Engineering and experience in group-based training. A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required.
