Most employers seeking to recruit expend far too long on the process (typically 30-50 hrs in total), therefore we'd like to introduce you to H.I.R.E (High Impact Recruitment Exercise)… in a half-day session we facilitate a choice of 'on the money' candidates seriously seeking an imminent career move.

How does it work?

Firstly our Market Sector Specialist will review your needs, based upon qualification, technical experience, and, most importantly, personality fit. We will then organise 3-5 candidates for consecutive interviews utilising our bespoke boardroom and interview suite facilities. Each interview will last between 30-45 minutes. Upon completion of these 'window-shopping' interviews, you simply eliminate the candidates you do not wish to invite back to your premises for a formal second interview.
