When you're happy with the result, we'll be in touch to arrange a confidential discussion with you. We can then include your requirements in our regular mailer programmes, plan passive skill searches, introductory calls to jobseekers that are known to us, and commence our search for your ideal candidate on your behalf. Resultantly we may well be able to provide a shortlist of 'on the money' candidates well in advance of others you may have dealt with previously. In many cases we'll be able to arrange a H.I.R.E.
