The role holds lots of variety including assessing, classroom delivery and job matching young clients (16-19 year olds) so it is essential that you are a qualified Assessor with either D32/D33 or A1 in Retail and Business Administration with a minimum of 2 years experience in this field it would also be beneficial if you held a current teaching qualification such as Cert Ed or PGCE. An enthusiastic character who is well organised, who can produce lesson plans, and is able to engage and show empathy and understanding to your clients.

Flexibility is also a key factor with this role as you will be expected to deliver in the workplace travelling around the Bradford area, attending career fairs, & visiting local schools to encourage learning as a whole. You should have a Full Driving Licence and car owner
You will be rewarded with a salary in the region of £17.5K-£20K Dependent upon experience, a Performance Related Bonus, Free Car Parking, Mileage, Pension entitlement(after probationary period) excellent holiday’s, ongoing training & support and the opportunity to develop your career.
