A Dynamic and fast growing specialist training provider of learning and work based qualifications are looking to expand their team within London. Matrix Accredited, our client works closely with some of the UK’s leading businesses delivering tailored training plans for a growing number of customers with a high success rate of learners. GPRS have been engaged to shortlist a number of top calibre training professionals to help manage and complement their existing and very successful team, and are seeking to attract only the finest talent now.

This role requires a proactive individual with ambition and a passion for people development and a “can do” attitude. Candidates of choice will have good occupational competence and Supervisory Management skills within Customer Service and Business Admin, a desire to deliver and pass on knowledge within these sectors and be able to demonstrate quality of work.

D32/33 or A1 Qualified with at least 2 years experience in assessing, you will have delivered NVQ’s up to level 3 in Customer Service, Business Admin, Team Leading and Management in a previous role and have good interpersonal skills delivering Train to Gain and Full Modern Apprenticeship contracts and Key Skills to learners. D34/V1 Qualified (or working towards) ideally with experience in management training, you will be assessing learners at their place of work and delivering training to groups at the centre based in West London. Managing a caseload of up to 35 learners you will be focused upon delivering a high quality service to candidates and their employers within the London Boroughs. Candidates with PTTLS level 3 or 4 and Key Skills Qualifications and also experience of delivering Retail or Sales NVQ’s up to level 3 will be highly advantageous.
