Experienced within the Customer Service & Business Admin sectors you will possess the following attributes; a passion for people development, ambition, drive, bags of initiative and the ability to deliver and pass on knowledge within these sectors. Candidates of choice will have good occupational competence within Customer Service and Business Admin as well as good interpersonal and communication skills and be very self disciplined. Previous experience with working with young people is also required.

Qualified to D32/33 A1 standards, you will be required to deliver NVQ’s up to level 3, technical certificates and key skills in this sector. Being comfortable managing a caseload of 40 candidates delivering Full Modern Apprenticeships to learners. You will be passionate about young people development and focused upon delivering a high quality service to candidates and their employers within the Portsmouth area. Candidates that hold PTTLS or equivalent will be advantageous.
