Trainee NVQ Assessor - Management & TL


Location: North West > Lancashire > Blackpool & Preston
Sector: Work Based Learning, E2E, and WTW
Salary: £15,000 to £17,300 + Bens

An opportunity to work with a Training Provider with over 20 years experience in the trade who are going from strength to strength within the industry. Having an impressive Grade 2 Ofsted report, and working in all aspects of Work Based Learning including E2e, T2G, ESF, and most recently the Learning Agreement Pilot Scheme. They now require a new team member to compliment this friendly and well organised company and have engaged with GPRS Recruitment to shortlist candidates of choice.

You will be qualified at Level 3 with a minimum of 2 years current working experience within a management or supervisory role or if you do have the D32/D33 A1 qualifications and are serious about making a career move to a company who will invest time and additional training to enhance your career then please read on. You will be required to support & assess candidates in their workplace and deliver NVQ’s to Level 3 standards in the Blackpool & Preston areas, Team Leading & Management.

Having Knowledge of T2G and Full MA Contracts is desirable as you will need to be able to deliver Key Skills to Levels 2&3, which will be a mixed caseload of up to 35 learners. If you have knowledge of E Learning Portfolio’s this would be advantageous.

For the successful candidate, a salary will be on offer of up to £17.3K dependent upon experience & qualifications. Mileage Expenses, holiday entitlement, company sick pay and pension after qualifying period is on offer as well as up to date and tools of the trade including Laptop, Voice Recorder & mobile will be supplied, and the chance to progress within the company in their expansion growth.
