Ideally placed within a 20 mile radius of Jarrow, candidates of choice will be totally customer and quality focused, possess a 'can do' attitude with business acumen as well as the having the following role-specific non-negotiables;

Qualified at Level 3 NVQ in Adult Care with a minimum of 2 years current working experience within the Care industry. If you do have the D32/D33 or A1 Qualification and are serious about a career move to a company who will invest time and support to your personal needs then please read on. You will be required to support and assess candidates in the Work Place to NVQ Level 2& 3 carrying a caseload of approx 30 candidates. Organisation skills and efficiency with a hardworking background as well as the determination to move forward with your career in this challenging and varied job role. You will be required to attend an office base in the Jarrow area and also be able to travel to areas including parts of Cumbria, York and parts of Liverpool. Flexibility to have occasional overnight stays would be expected, accommodation and travel expenses would of course be reimbursed. A car and full driving licence will be required. You will be rewarded with a salary in the region of £ 17K, a Performance Related Bonus for timely completions, mileage expenses, mobile phone, excellent holiday's, ongoing training & support and the opportunity to develop your career.
