An opportunity has arisen to join a well regarded Training Provider with over 20 years experience in the trade to become one of the UK’s leading training providers in Wales expanding into the South of England - delivering highly effective and engaging training programmes. They have gained IIP & Matrix accreditations and can also boast a Grade one Ofsted. GPRS have been exclusively engaged to shortlist candidates to complement the existing and successful friendly team.
You should be a strong team player, self motivated, carrying a caseload of around 20 candidates within the sectors of Customer Service and IT delivering Key Skills
Candidates of choice will be totally customer and quality focused, possess a ‘can do’ attitude with business acumen as well as the having the following role-specific non-negotiables;
Qualified at D32/D33 or A1 in the occupational areas of Customer Service and IT with a commitment to travel around Aberystwyth and Mid Wales. Speaking fluent Welsh and preferably educated to Higher National Diploma level you’ll be a consummate professional, passionate about people development and focused upon delivering a high quality service to candidates and their employers. Organisation skills and efficiency with a hardworking background as well as the determination to move forward with your career
Remuneration in the region of £18.5K Dependent upon Experience with a 6 month salary review, along with the latest business tools, a generous mileage allowance and holiday entitlement. Ongoing training & support, together with outstanding career prospects only re-affirm this fantastic opportunity.
