Assessors must possess 2 years occupational experience in the outlined disciplines. Be comfortable with a caseload of 45 - all Train to Gain contracts (no Key Skills assessing involved), Must be prepared to work unsociable Hours due to the nature of shift patterns for some drivers, and must also be prepared to travel into London. PTTLS is advantageous too.
Skills For Life Tutors Key Sills must be qualified to either PTTLS, Cert ED or PGCE standard, ideally have (or be working towards) a Level 5 Specialism in either Literacy or Numeracy. These roles will suit those experienced in one-to-one delivery to driving professionals from Entry Level to Level 3 in both Literacy & Numeracy alike.
