GPRS have been empowered to identify the right applicant for the role of Welfare & Progression Advisor.

With a positive and optimistic approach you will be required to work independently visiting learners on work placements to conduct welfare visits, negotiating employment for learners and provide moving on support to learners after they have left their course to ensure they secure positive progression into employment, further education or further training.

You will have previous experience of working with disadvantaged and hard to reach young people with a proven track record of supporting clients into positive destinations. Candidates with NVQ level 3 Advice & Guidance, IOSH and previous experience of successful employer engagement will be advantageous.

The successful candidate will be required to work and travel around North East/North West London and own their own car. A salary will be on offer of up to £23K depending upon experience and qualifications, plus quarterly performance related bonus rising to £24k after 2 years.
