The ideal candidate we are seeking is someone who has retail or call centre background and has been in a supervisory or managerial position for the past 2 years and wishes to move forward with their career into NVQ Assessing. You will be required to assess, and encourage learners within the workplace, whilst obtaining your A1 Qualification. You’ll be a consummate professional, passionate about people development and focused upon delivering a high quality service to candidates and their employers. An NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Team Leading/Management or equivalent, Organisation skills and efficiency with a hardworking background are non negotiable for this role.

Salary will be in the region of £15-£17K with an opportunity to earn additional bonus. Travelling in and around the Black Country area of which mileage will be paid at 40p, Holidays include 20 days + Bank Holidays, with additional holidays at Christmas.
