Your marketing and brand management flair will be perfectly balanced, to equip you to lead your team to create exciting and new products for this market leader within the baby food sector.

The ideal applicant will be an articulate and successful Marketing Manager, with aspirations to develop their career to it's fullest potential. Duties will include the formulation of marketing plans to achieve the company's strategic objectives, influencing key players both internally and externally.

You will swiftly develop a thorough understanding and passion for the company's products, especially given that effectively the parents of the end user are reliant upon the post holder to create fun and wholesome food for their children.

The Marketing Manager will identify key values, proposing the appropriate marketing tools to exceed sales targets, monitor the marketing expenditure on a weekly basis, whilst keeping a close watch on all aspects of the P&L. Previous team management with a big helping of 'can do attitude' and budgetary control experience is required. Ideally you will be educated to Degree level.
