Overview
Reporting to the Area Manager you will be responsible for training and assessing cleaning staff.

Responsibilities
Guiding learners through their qualification.
Assessing learners in their workplace.
Ensuring the learner understands the technical knowledge needed for their job role.
Delivering specific training and development on a 121 basis

Areas of Competence
Communicating, teamwork and developing yourself.
Cleaning and maintaining internal and external surfaces and areas, and soft floors and furnishing, and protecting hard floors.
Cleaning confined spaces, high-risk areas, food areas, glazed surfaces and facades.
Cleaning washrooms and replenishing supplies.
Dealing with routine waste and non-routine waste.
Deep-cleaning equipment and surfaces.
Carrying out maintenance and minor repairs.
Performing street cleansing manually and by machine.
Working safely at heights.
Using a water-fed pole system to clean windows and facades.
Health and safety

Non Negotiables
Occupational competency within cleaning.
A1 Qualification or equivalent
