This well known nationwide retail group is seeking to appoint an experienced Recruitment Manager / Resourcing Manger to spearhead their recruitment function based at their West Midlands Head Office.
This is a wide ranging recruitment and resourcing role encompassing not only the management of a team delivering on the operational recruitment needs of the business across the UK but also taking a key role in a number of strategic areas. These will include the ongoing development of their web presence in regard to recruitment, the development of their in-house applicant tracking systems and the management of their marketing and advertising recruitment plans to position the company as an employer of choice within their market.
To succeed ion this role you should have a strong recruitment and resourcing background with prior in-house experience. Strong capabilities in the management of applicant tracking systems and web based recruitment portals would also be highly desirable. This role could also suit an experienced HR generalist with significant exposure to recruitment.
