A specialist FMCG manufacturing organisation with multiple sites in the North West / North Wales have an opportunity for an experienced HR officer / HR Advisor to join their head office team for a period of 12 months to cover for a maternity absence.
This is a wide ranging generalist HR role working within a team providing all aspects of HR support to a client group of c500. You will also be involved in areas such as Employee Relations, Recruitment and Retention, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits and a range of projects across the business.
To succeed in this role you should have both strong generalist HR experience ideally gained within a manufacturing, production or FMCG environment combined with the ability to work and communicate effectively at all levels across a business.
