Having over 20 years experience in the learning and skills marketplace, the ideal candidate will be joining one of the most established and well recognised supply chain across the learning and employability marketplace. This training provider is now looking to expand across the London and West Midlands regions to support their growth strategy and are now seeking an Internal Verifier/Team Leader to join their current team in the London area.

The role will involve managing the day to day delivery across Retail of which you will be responsible for managing at team of Assessors ensuring that quality and business plan targets are met. You will also be monitoring KPIs and provide your team with monthly progress reports of which will then be reported to the Operations Manager. Manage and implement actions that have been identified in the Quality Improvement Plan and updating on a quarterly basis. You will play a key role in Ofsted Inspections, both in preparation and during inspection of which you will act as the main communication link between the training provider and the awarding body.

The ideal candidate we are seeking is someone who has experience within the Retail industry with sound knowledge and experience of internal verification and management. You will hold your A1 and V1 and a minimum of PTLLS to qualify for the higher salary bracket whilst also having experience of assessing and verifying Retail qualifications. You will ideally be located in the London region as the role is office based.

Non negotiables for this role are good communication and IT skills along with well developed written and oral skills. A self motivator with an outgoing personality and have the ability to lead from the front.
