This well known training provider is one of the UKs leading independent vocational work based training organisations. They serve a customer base of local, national and international companies delivering a range of courses and programmes for employees that then lead to them gaining a recognised qualification.
This role requires a proactive individual with ambition and a passion for people development and a "can do" attitude, a desire to deliver and pass on knowledge within the business administration, customer service and management sectors whilst being able to demonstrate quality of work. Motivation, enthusiasm and more importantly a flexible approach to work and duties are essential characteristics for this rewarding role.
The ideal candidate we are seeking is someone who has experience within a team leading or management role within the business admin and customer service industry with sound knowledge and experience of apprenticeship delivery. D32/33 or A1 Qualified you will have assessed NVQ's in Business Admin, Customer Service and Management up to level 3 in a previous role and have experience delivering apprenticeship contracts including functional skills/key skills to learners. Working from home and managing a caseload of learners you will be focused upon delivering a high quality service to candidates and their employers.
Non negotiables for this role are good communication and IT skills along with well developed written and oral skills. A self motivator with an outgoing personality and ability to work on your own initiative with good organisational skills. Candidates must hold a full UK Driving Licence and will expected to travel to visit learners around the Stoke, Crewe, Warrington, Manchester and Merseyside areas. Ideally you will be located in or around Crewe, Stoke or Warrington.
This is a fixed term contract for a minimum twelve months to cover maternity leave. You will be rewarded with a salary of up to £19K (depending upon experience and qualifications), , travelling expenses, holiday entitlement, laptop, mobile and mileage allowance.
