Being one of the UK's fasting growing training providers for the catering, hospitality and security industries it comes as no surprise that they are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join there team at an extremely exciting time. Utilising vast experience and knowledge, the team are able to deliver apprenticeship programmes, work based learning, in-house training and vocational related courses on a national basis.
Due to their current growth a new position has been created for an Area Manager to join the team covering the South East and Central London region. The role will consist of managing a team of training officers by supporting them on a day to day basis. You will be required to account manage their current client database whilst also developing the area through marketing and sales. You will be monitoring budget and management performance.
The ideal candidate we are seeking is someone who has experience within a hospitality industry with sound knowledge and experience of apprenticeship delivery. Having your V1 and a minimum of PTTLS you will have had experience of verifying within hospitality in a previous role.
Non negotiables for this role are good communication and IT skills along with well developed written and oral skills. A self motivator with an outgoing personality and ability to work on your own initiative with good organisational skills. You must have budget and management experience, sales and marketing and be able to communicate effectively both face to face and over the telephone. Candidates must hold a full UK Driving Licence, own transport and will expected to travel to visit learners within the South East and Central London area.
You will be rewarded with a salary of up to £28K (depending upon experience and qualifications), iphone and laptop, company car after passing 6 months probation (BMW 1 series), attractive holiday package and other benefits.
