This global brand is seeking at appoint an experienced interim manager for a period of 3-6 months to manage the HR / ER aspects of a major restructuring exercise.
Responsibilities
Act as the ER advisor for the upcoming organisational changes. Ensure all the associated ER risks are being effectively managed.
Plan and manage the implementation of the employee changes.
Prepare consultation documentation and communication briefs for line managers.
Liaise with Director of ER and Director of Legal to ensure alignment on the changes.
Work in conjunction with the Regional HR Managers on the changes to the impacted individuals in their areas and prepare them for their conversations with the impacted individuals.
Co-ordinate the logistics for the employee conversations
Experience & competencies
Good working understanding of UK employment law, and experience of having managed large/complex employees through a consultation process, including senior managers
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to clearly articulate ER risks and advise on best course of action
Experience of preparing communications briefs for organisational changes
Proven ability to co-ordinate others, with a project management slant.
