Salary: £21,000 to £21,000 + Company Car + Expenses
My client is one of the nations largest retail chains in the UK and they are looking to recruit someone who will manage quality standards and compliance within the group.
Qualified Retail Assessor
1. Support and train in store mentors on agreed geographical region.
2. Ensure all quality and performance standards exceed audit requirements.
3. Build effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
4. Deliver key skills support and testing for learners.
5. Deliver technical certificate support and testing for learners.
Quality Management
Support and advise in house store mentors and attend meetings as required.
Deliver testing to learners on own region.
Deliver Key Skills workshops and 1 to 1 training as necessary.
Comply with IV Strategy.
Conduct observations.
Monitor, analyse and evaluate own regional performance monthly.
Deliver PDR Objectives in a full and timely manner.
Attend Senior Apprenticeship team meeting on a monthly basis.
Communicate operational information to Apprenticeship Operations Manager
Non Negotiable
A1 Assessor Award or equivalent
Competent in Excel. Word and PowerPoint
Excellent attention to detail
Proven track record in retail.
Must be prepared to travel extensively and overnight when necessary.
Able to demonstrate a proactive, confident and resilient approach.
Intuitive with outstanding interpersonal influencing and communication skills
Positive self starter, flexible, and results orientated
Desirable
Training qualification over and above essential criteria
