An opportunity has arisen to join an established private Training Provider experienced in delivering NVQ apprenticeships, coaching and business training to 2500 people across England and Wales. This role requires a proactive individual with ambition, a passion for people development and a "can do" attitude. Candidates of choice will have occupational competence within the Child Care industry. Teaching Assistant experience would be highly advantageous although not compulsory. This role offers the flexibility of a part time or full time position.

Supporting the Quality Manager you will be responsible for proactively supporting the performance and development of a team of assessors delivering Child Care qualifications to learners around the South Wales region. Level 4 TAQA,V1 or D34 qualified you will have assessed and verified apprenticeships in Child Care in a previous role. Actively supporting, coaching and mentoring you will also encourage development within the team and be responsible for verification of work but may also do some assessing when needed. Candidates that hold PTLLS will be looked upon favourably although further training and development will be on offer to successful candidates.

Non negotiables for this role are excellent communication skills, a high level of energy and enthusiasm along with a flexible and reliable approach to responsibilities. A self motivator with an outgoing personality and ability to work on your own initiative and to prioritise your own workload. Candidates must hold a full UK driving license and be flexible to travel around the South Wales region. You will also be subject to a CRB check which is paid for by the employer.

You will be rewarded with a salary of up to £22K (depending upon experience and qualifications), work tools, travelling expenses, attractive holiday entitlement together with further training and development.
