This role requires a proactive individual with ambition and a passion for people development along with a "can do" attitude and a desire to deliver and pass on knowledge within the Health & Social Care sector.
The ideal candidate we are seeking is someone who has occupational experience within the Health & Social Care industry and experience of classroom delivery. Based at a training centre in East London you will responsible for delivering Health & Social care courses to a mixed range of learners to a very high standard. Liaising with employers, project partners, external organisations and volunteers you will also attend progress meetings, promotional events and conferences as and when needed.

A1 qualified and possessing a teaching qualification of PTLLS or above you will have experience in delivering BTEC or NVQ Health & Social Care qualifications to learners in a previous role.

Non negotiables for this role are good communication and IT skills, well developed written and oral skills along with a flexible and reliable approach to responsibilities. A self motivator with an outgoing personality and ability to work on your own initiative with good organisational skills.

You will be rewarded with a salary of up to 24K (depending on experience and qualifications), pension scheme, free travel across all London zones and attractive holiday entitlement.
