Assessor - Retail - Bristol
An established and well respected grade 2 "Oftsed" training provider for the Beauty Retail industry are embarking on an expansion plan. GPRS have been engaged to shortlist a number of top calibre training professionals to help manage and complement their existing and very successful team.
Experienced within the Retail industry you will possess the following attributes; a passion for training, ambition, drive, bags of initiative and the ability to deliver and pass on knowledge within this sector. Desired candidates will have experience in delivering NVQ's or BTEC qualifications in Retail as well as good interpersonal skills and be very self disciplined. Candidates that have worked within the Beauty Retail industry with significant beauty product knowledge will be highly advantageous.
Qualified to D32/33/A1 standards you will be required to deliver BTEC qualifications within the Beauty Retail industry. Working from home and managing a caseload of 30- 40 learners, you will focus on delivering a high quality of service to candidates and their employers. The role will consist of a 40hr week across 5 days (flexible to fit appointments).
Non negotiables for this role are good communication/presentation and IT skills along with well developed written and oral skills. A self motivator with an outgoing personality and ability to work on your own initiative with good organisational skills. Candidates must hold a full UK Driving Licence and will be expected to travel to visit learners around the Bristol area.
You will be rewarded with a salary of up to £24K (pro rata for the contract term), a completion bonus, mileage expenses, the latest business tools including mobile, laptop etc. Candidates need to be available to start asap and attend an induction with an overnight stay in London.
