An opportunity has arisen to join a well regarded Private Training Company delivering a wide range of high quality pre-vocational life skills and accredited work-related training for the benefit of residents and employers in the West London area. Boasting Investors In People and Matrix accreditation's, our client specialises in helping students aged 16-19 and adults wishing to follow apprenticeships and work-based programmes assisting them move into employment or further education. GPRS have been engaged to shortlist a number of top calibre training professionals to help manage and complement their existing and very successful team, and are seeking to attract only the finest talent now.

This is a fixed term contract for 3 to 6 months to deliver NVQ's in Supporting Teaching & Learning qualifications to classroom assistants in schools around the West London Area. The Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification covers a wide range of skills to meet the support needs of pupils in primary and secondary schools.

D32/33 or A1 Qualified you will have Assessed NVQ's in Supporting Teaching and Learning up to level 3 in a previous role and have good interpersonal skills delivering Advanced Apprenticeship contracts and functional skills to learners. Delivering tutorial classes to groups and managing a caseload of learners you will be focused upon delivering a high quality service to candidates and their employers. Candidates that are V1/D34 qualified and have PTLLS (or equivalent) will be looked upon favourably although further training and development will be on offer to successful candidates.

Non negotiables for this role are good communication and IT skills, well developed written and oral skills along with a flexible and reliable approach to responsibilities. A self motivator with an outgoing personality and ability to work on your own initiative with good organisational skills. This role is home based but Candidates must hold a full UK Driving Licence and will expected to travel to visit learners around the West London area. Candidates will also be subject to CRB checks.
