This role requires a proactive individual with a good standard of secondary education. Candidates of choice will have a good working knowledge and occupational background in hairdressing and a desire to deliver and pass on knowledge within this sector.
Managing a large caseload and visiting learners in salons around the Exeter area you will responsible for delivering NVQ / QCF qualifications to learners up to Level 3. Bonus is based on completion rates and is there for the taking
You will have at least 2 years exceptional hairdresser management experience and a desire to move into the assessing arena. This client is happy to look at unqualified personnel that they will provide appropriate assessor training to. You must be self motivated and a confident communicator at all levels. Financially driven you will have worked in a target driven environment before.
