An office based role, it would be your remit to come in, clear the slate, and grow a successful apprenticeship programme for the Company. With strong and sustainable growth forecast for the coming months and years this really is the chance to stamp your own mark on how things are run. You will be able to bring in the positive elements from previous companies and leave out any 'hurdles and barriers' that you may have seen before.
There is an initial pool of candidates ready to undertake their Apprenticeships in Quarter 1 of 2012, aswell as existing QCF candidates looking to 'upgrade' to the full Apprenticeship. What allows this company to stand out is there ability and promise to offer employment once the Apprenticeship is completed, so this is a chance to work in a full 360 environment, with visible results.
Absolute non negotiable selection criteria for this role include:
You must hold an A1 qualification.
You must have delivered Level 2 and 3 QCF in Health and Social Care.
You must have experience in delivering the full apprenticeships, including tech certs, Key Skills training and portfolio construction (AON and Comms).
You must have experience in a similar role covering the above duties.
You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You need to be a self starter, someone who can work on their own initiative, to achieve the common goals identified by yourself and the organisation.
Desirables which will push the salary to (and possibly above) the higher salary bracket include:
V1 or equivalent.
Experience or competency to deliver Level 4 and Level 5 Health and Social Care.
Competency to deliver the Apprenticeship in a second sector, perhaps Business Admin or Customer Service, allowing the company to grow and expand further.
