Our partner-client has once more sought our help to identify passionate individuals seeking a change of pace. Established over a decade ago, they swiftly gained a growing reputation for delivering innovative training and consultancy services to the public sector, and have since expanded into a significant force in private sector training and have successfully facilitated the delivery of training to over 50,000 individuals across the South of England and Wales. We are seeking to attract only the finest talent now to fulfil this exciting role.
This role requires a proactive individual with ambition and a passion for people development and a "can do" attitude. A committed team player, possessing excellent interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for delivering Key/Functional Skills training to learners completing military apprenticeships within providing security services.
With experience of infantry security operations and training within a military capacity you will have achieved the rank of corporal or above and have experience of delivering training to groups of adult learners. Practical experience in the delivery of Key Skills, a teaching qualification of PTLLS or above and A1 or D32/33 units are highly desirable although candidates with an exceptional background within a training role in the military will be considered.
Non negotiables for this role are excellent IT, communication and networking skills, the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines along with well developed written and oral skills, an outgoing personality and ability to work on your own initiative with good organisational and presentation skills. Candidates must hold a full UK Driving Licence and will expected to travel to visit learners across the UK. This role will also require you to work away from home on the odd occasion to deliver training to learners in Northern Ireland, Cyprus and Germany (for up to six weeks at a time).
You will be rewarded with a salary of 24K, rising to £25K after 6 months probation; travelling expenses, excellent benefits package including health care & pension,the latest work tools together with further training; personal development and outstanding career prospects and progression only re-affirm this fantastic opportunity.
