My client is looking for a Board level Director to join their successful company based in the North.

Purpose of the Role
Strategic lead on maximising opportunities for business growth and resources management.

Business Development/Corporate Responsibilities
Lead the development and delivery of business and direct sales of services and products.
Develop new markets and income streams for existing services and establish new and innovative services and products.
Develop financial strategies in support of business plans, providing strong support for business development initiatives across the group.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key customers, government agencies, strategic bodies and partners.
Deputise for the Chief Executive as required.

Resources Management
Deliver verbal and written financial reports, including recommendations to the CE and the Board.
Maintain overall control and direction of the company's account function, financial planning and related activities.
Make recommendations on financial investments and transfers to the company.
Develop the ITC strategy and ensure its successful delivery.
Establish the company asset management plan and ensure the maintenance of the asset register.
Lead on the management of the company's pension schemes.
Provide leadership and support to the Business Development, Finance and ICT.

If you are currently working as a Business and Resources Director and looking for a new challenge in this fast growing company you will be rewarded with a salary of £55,000 - £65,000 plus Car Lease and benefits. The closing date for this role is the 3rd November 2011
