Business Development Advisor / Lead Generator x 2 -West Midlands (based in Cannock and Walsall)

An opportunity to join one of the leading Training Providers based in the West Midlands, who have been 'on the circuit' for over 30 years and offer a one stop shop solution to all training requirements. They have 5 branches, IIP and Matrix accreditation with Ofsted Grades of 2 in most Sectors. GPRS Recruitment has been exclusively engaged to shortlist candidates to complement the existing and successful friendly team. Business Development Advisors are required to generate new business and learners for this company, in a highly competitive market. Based in either Cannock or Walsall the role will involve cold calling / appointment generating with colleges, businesses , learners and school representatives. Face to face appointments / meetings will also form an integral part of the role in order to secure ongoing business with leads generated.

Non negotiables for this role include:
Proven track record in sales / cold calling / new business generation.
Ideally have a background within the Work Based Learning / Training arena.
The ability to manage own day / desk.
Success in generating repeat business / account managing.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, along with good IT skills.
Must have a consultative approach.
Target driven and high self motivation.
Car owner / driver is essential due to the nature of this role.
Minimum GSCE A-C Maths / English.

Remuneration is £18000 (Basic), though for target driven high achievers the OTE is a realistic and attainable £23000. A generous mileage allowance is available, along with a fantastic holiday entitlement.
