This role requires a proactive individual with a good standard of secondary education. Candidates of choice will have a good working knowledge and occupational background in customer service. They must have a desire to deliver and pass on knowledge within this sector.
Managing a large caseload and visiting learners in the workplace around the Coventry area you will responsible for delivering NVQ / QCF qualifications to learners up to Level 3. Bonus is based on completion rates and is there for the taking

You will have at least 2 years exceptional management experience covering customer service and business admin, and a desire to move into the assessing arena. This client is happy to look at unqualified personnel that they will provide appropriate assessor training to. You must be self motivated and a confident communicator at all levels. Financially driven you will have worked in a target driven environment before.

Non negotiables for this role are:
A strong customer service and managerial background.
A desire to undertake the training required to become a qualified assessor.
Excellent IT skills.
Car owner and driver and a willingness to travel.
Highly organised with an outgoing personality and the ability to work on your own initiative.
