Duties Include
1. Develop an employer target plan, generating new business and account manage current processes.
2. Cold calling , lead generation, client visits and closing deals.
3. Develop and agree engagement contracts with employers.
4. Work in partnership with the Trusts employment terms to accurately understand the needs of the clients in order to identify appropriate employers and vacancies.
5. Search and maintain labour market intelligence, supporting the operational business to increase opportunities and trends.
6. To work with employers to tailor placement services including customers briefing sessions and innovative solutions.
This exciting role will suit an experienced recruiter or sales person who has a good track record in achieving and exceeding their targets. Well versed in generating new business via cold calling and lead generation.
