Responsible for the development of new employer business and the recruitment of learners in one or more designated regions, you will be expected to establish excellent customer relationships ensuring total customer satisfaction and repeat business in a highly competitive market. Successful applicants who consistently hit an exceed their targets can earn an additional £5000 paid as an annual bonus.

Non negotiables for this role are:
Relevant and successful business development experience, ideally within the work based learning field.
Strong background in outbound telesales, and proven track record in exceeding KPI's.
Car owner / driver.
Excellent telephone and personal development communication skills.
Computer literate.

Desirables include:
Business / Marketing Qualification.
A1 / V1.
Basic Skills Award.
Previous NVQ / QCF experience.
