An opportunity has arisen to join a leading London Based Training Provider, specialising in Foundation Learning Training and Apprenticeships, amongst many other programmes. As a result of their success and reputation they are looking to expand and compliment their existing team, with immediate vacancies available for up to 4 candidates. To this end, GPRS have been engaged to shortlist a number of top calibre experienced Assessors to help facilitate this growth, and are seeking to attract only the finest talent now.

Responsible for a small candidate base of approx 25-30 learners, you will be expected to undertake 2 - 3 appointments per day within the London zones. You will be planning training mentoring and assessing candidates in their place of work as they work towards the Level 2 and Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification. You must also deliver key skills as part of the Apprenticeship programme. You will be expected to manage your own case load and dairy, and ensuring accurate paperwork completion on a weekly basis. In addition successful candidates will be involved in the promotion of the NVQ / Apprenticeship qualifications, agreeing on the most suitable course for both the individual and the company.

Absolute non negotiable selection criteria for this role include:

*You must hold an A1 qualification
*You must have delivered Business Administration and Customer Service Level 2 as a minimum (preferred requirements is to also have delivered Team Leading, Management and Business Administration / Customer Service up to level 3)
*You will ideally have experience in delivering Key Skills training and portfolio construction (AON and Comms)
*You must have experience in a similar role covering the above duties
*You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
