Our expansion during the new 2012 financial year has already resulted in the appointment of 2 further career recruitment professionals to our team of specialists here at GRPS Recruitment. Seeking to make a strategic acquisition since earlier this year, we are pleased to welcome Eve on board as Associate Director - Sales & Marketing.

Eve embarked upon her career in recruitment some 15 years back, undergoing a ‘baptism of fire’ within the industrial sector. A keen advocate of best practice experienced during those fledgling recruitment times, Eve has built upon these robust foundations, perpetually crafting her skills.

Swiftly progressing to a position within one of the UK’s top specialist education recruiters, this move was the start of a flourishing career that was to span the 12 years that followed. Eve was no stranger to promotion during her time with this key player, with a meritocratic rise through the ranks, from Senior Consultant, Regional & Divisional Team Leadership roles, and latterly ascending to Partnership Manager.

As award recipient of “Consultant of the year” and nominee of “Manager of the year” with this long-term employer she was eager for a new challenge during early 2011; it was at this juncture that Eve accepted the position of Consumer Marketing Team Manager with a top-tier specialist search agency, a key player within the FMCG sector.

Eve leads our Sales & Marketing recruitment team, focussing on FMCG and consumer durables. Her methodical, tenacious, and professional approach sits well against a backdrop of considerable tenure and experience within the professional recruitment arena. Ever passionately focussed on exceeding the expectations of her clients and candidates, this is an exciting challenge for Eve.

“With the groups expansion into the development of specialist permanent recruitment software systems for talent management and back-office well underway now, we anticipate the appointment of a Technical Director within the group. In addition to a further 3 specialist permanent consultants this year” stated UK MD Tim Burns

The new year is set to bring several new hire's to our ever expanding team here at GPRS. The first is our latest addition Kirsty Walton.

Like many, Kirsty didn’t enter the world of the working with the express intention of embarking upon a career within the recruitment sector. Following a succesful career in sales Kirsty assumed responsibility for the development and expansion of out-sourced labour provision for a key regional player across the commercial sector.

During the ensuing 4 years of helping clients find the right candidates and candidates develop their careers, Kirsty was no stranger to promotion. Thriving in her key role within the company’s most successful division, she became the recipient of several new business awards.

Bringing passion, a stronger than before drive to succeed, and heaps of experience in best-fit results to the team at GPRS, the futures bright for Kirsty for sure.

Kirsty focusses on permanent placements within the Work Based Learning sector across the Midlands region.
