A summary of our Terms of Business
We pledge to
- Operate on a ‘no-win, no-fee’ basis, accordingly we place significant value on our time – please help us not to waste it.
- Charge a non-negotiable fee of 17.5% of the placed candidate’s basic salary only.
- Reward our MSS’s well for their time, and re-invest 10% of our operating-profit into advertising & training, which is of benefit to all parties concerned.
- Unequivocally guarantee to replace the candidate within 6 months at your request – as many times as you wish.
- Pay all advertising costs incurred to endeavour to source the best candidate for all vacancies we are exclusively empowered to recruit for.
- Remain whole-heartedly diversity compliant thus fulfilling our diversity pledge, and will simply seek to source the best candidates for your business regardless.
- Be totally open and honest with you, and accurately manage your expectations.
- Treat all career professionals (candidates & clients alike) equally.
- Invoice you at cost, for personality profiling & additional services you request us to provide for you.
- Not offer incentives for recommendations, as we believe those who recommend our services so by way of appreciation.
- Remain EAA, ICO & REC compliant, thus only introducing to our clients candidates we apraise of vacancies we have been empowered to recruit for.
- Reserve the right to withhold details of our exclusive assignments for reasons of confidentiality.
- Seek 360° feedback, and will relay such feedback without ‘spin’.
- We will unequivocally guarantee not to poach your staff if you have recruited with us, assuming they don’t approach us.
- Do all we can to help in any way with employment advice, for which will not be held liable as all advice is provided FOC in good faith.
- Reduce your fee to 15% if you share Investors In People status.
- Ensure any complaints receive the immediate attention of the relevant Head of Staffing.
You agree to
- Work with us to facilitate a H.I.R.E. at our office location, should our MSS recommend this to enable us to fulfil your recruitment solution, in such instances the fee payable will be reduced to 15%.
- Provide 3-5 MIT’s (Most Important Things) - or ‘non-negotiables’ to which we will adhere, and will give serious consideration to interview all candidates submitted that meet such criteria.
- Pay us by BACS no later than the 7th day after the candidate starts work, upon successful placement with you.
- Complete our feedback questionnaires for all placements made with you, and permit us to use any such feedback to promote our services to others.
- Advise us immediately if a candidate we have introduced is previously known to you.
- Value our relationship in trusting us to achieve the best outcome, and reciprocally advise us of any changes in your requirements.
- Not reduce salaries to compromise our professional fees, and reward our candidates with salaries commensurate with their worth at pre-determined levels.
Both parties acknowledge that
- The only point we will seek to negotiate with you on is a period of exclusivity. If we cannot help you we will advise you accordingly at the earliest opportunity, and wish you the best of luck.
- They will treat each other with decency and professionalism, fully co-operating with each other in order to achieve the best mutual outcome possible.
- We do not guarantee to successfully identify the candidate you are seeking, but will at all times use our best endeavours to do so.
