At GPRS Recruitment we believe in focusing our time on the proactive marketing of jobseekers who register with us in order to open doors for them, as opposed to 'chasing' vacancies that are listed with other agencies. Unlike others we don't sacrifice opportunities that we can create for jobseekers on the basis of fees - we simply choose to take the long-term approach.

Therefore we have several 'recruiter alliances' with other professional recruitment agencies both in the UK and Australasia. This is something we are constantly developing to offer more. Put simply we'd rather make 50% of a fee by working with our alliance partners, than 100% of nothing, at the expense of limiting our jobseekers career options.
