In a half-day session, we facilitate a choice of 'on the money' candidates seriously seeking an imminent career move.
Your Market Sector Specialist will review your needs, based upon qualification, technical experience, and all importantly personality fit. We will then organise 3-5 candidates for consecutive interviews utilising our bespoke boardroom and interview suite facilities. Each interview will last between 30-45 minutes. Upon completion of these 'window-shopping' interviews, you simply eliminate the candidates you do not wish to invite back to your premises for a formal second interview.
