Tough as it must have been to await the dawning of a new decade, Sarah was born on the outskirts of the Black Country as her neighbors named themselves Slade... the Seventies had arrived – strikes and all. Having excelled in the performing arts a young age, as was the way at the time, she tried her hand at a variety of occupations throughout her formative years.

Whilst searching for that all important direction, Sarah had amassed vital Life Skills in Customer Service, Senior Administration, Statutory Compliance, and Personal Development. She is continually striving to advance her business acumen for the team via thorough research & rapid change management.

Well travelled, and a ‘student of life’, Sarah is a highly accomplished individual. Mother of three, success driven, and selflessly supportive, she rarely takes time to acknowledge what she’s achieved so far as she strives to maintain her place as a contemporary free-spirit. The benefit of Sarah’s objectivity is unique, and allows us to identify many important details – the things that others may pass-by.

A qualified teacher & Fitness Practitioner Sarah is qualified in a wide spectrum of Cardio, Fitness, Martial-Arts, Dance & Relaxation disciplines studied during the past decade. Having consistently validated her accreditations to practice, she continues to teach well patronised classes twice weekly to both adults and children with detailed planning and intuitive aplomb.

Passionate & ever-resilient Sarah brings a palpable freshness to the GPRS recipe that adds significant value. The management of projects, guarantee compliance, validation & monitoring... together with exacting data mining, and critical & cautious thinking are but a few of her gamut of invaluable attributes.

As the team grows she has personal goals she is committed to achieve, and is positioning herself to cement the Professionals who enjoy working with us. Sarah has been working with her fellow Directors of late to put the finishing touches to the bespoke systems the business has commissioned. She is empowered with a clear brief to achieve consistency & robustness without duplicity – constantly questioning the perceived necessity of habit.

Now entering her 4th year with the business Sarah’s focus is shifting to all things HR & Training, ensuring harmony is maintained as we grow. Yet more importantly... that our service standards remain homogeneous, whilst our coverage becomes ever wider reaching and specialty focused.
