Like many, Kirsty didn’t enter the world of the working with the express intention of embarking upon a career within the recruitment sector. Her life-long passion and involvement with horses created an opportunity to undertake her first office role in customer services for a local equestrian distributor.
Widespread recognition of her ability to build strong client relationships with clients swiftly resulted in promotion within the company. Assuming the role of area sales manager, Kirsty travelled extensively, promoting solutions to clients who specialised in retailing equestrian clothing, saddlery and ancillaries. Successful development of her allocated territory resulted in Kirsty assuming responsibility for key client accounts.
Having spent time rounding her sales experience with her employer, time came for a career move. Joining a household name in the footwear market, Kirsty took up the challenge of helping to launch a new country clothing and leather footwear range. During this time she developed new business and enhanced revenue by augmenting the new product range across key accounts.
In late 2007 she embarked upon her career in recruitment, joining a well-recognised regional business. Initially, Kirsty assumed responsibility for the development and expansion of their out-sourced labour provision across the commercial sector.
During the ensuing 4 years of helping clients find the right candidates and candidates develop their careers, Kirsty was no stranger to promotion. Thriving in her key role within the company’s most successful division, she became the recipient of several new business awards
Bringing passion, a stronger than ever drive to succeed, and heaps of experience in best-fit results to the team at GPRS, the future’s certainly bright for Kirsty. In her spare time she enjoys competing her horse in dressage, show-jumping and eventing. She’s also often to be found exploring new walks with her husband and their cocker spaniel.
