STAFFORD BASED GPRS RECRUITMENT RECOGNISED AS A GOLD STATUS INVESTOR IN PEOPLE ACCREDITED BUSINESS.

Stafford based GPRS Recruitment; The UK’s leader in specialised Permanent Staffing has recently been awarded the coveted Gold status following their recent Investors in People assessment. This status is only awarded to those organisations operating at the very highest levels of people & systems management practice.

The business was established back in 2007, and has weathered the storm of the past couple of years well. The business is also shortly due to receive the REC (Recruitment & Employment Confederation’s) coveted Audited status.

Recent research, conducted by the Centre for Business Performance at Cranfield School of Management, showed that working with Investors in People increases profitability by enhancing managerial skills and increasing the performance of managers and their teams. Another first for us as GPRS becomes the UK's first specialist permanent recruitment business. Here's what Rosie Cottrell - Operations Director at the National Centre for Diversity had to say about our recent achievement......

Chris Errington joins the team at GPRS Recruitment to help with our expansion of our specialist Professional Services recruitment team in September 2010.

Chris another highly experienced recruitment professional has been placing robust mid-senior level technical professionals since the early 90’s. Commencing in UK & European businesses spanning such notable names in some households as Bentley, Jaguar, Rolls-Royce, Ferrari & McClaren.

Since back then Chris has had significant experience in many allied sectors including Material handling, Supply Chain, Aerospace, Process Packaging, FMCG, Construction....and of course the wider Engineering & Manufacturing disciplines. With well over a decade of experience Chris is a far cry from the ‘white-socks & gelled-hair brigade’ for one still so comparatively young.
