Our expansion during 2012 to date has now resulted in the appointment of 5 additional career recruitment professionals to our team of specialists here at GRPS Recruitment. We are pleased to welcome Mindi on board as Market Sector Specialist within our Training & Work Based Learning team.
Mindi's remit is to develop new business with clients from the East & West Midlands to the northern borders, placing QCF/TAQA (formerly NVQ) Assessors & Verifiers, Functional Skills Tutors, Employability Coaches, BDMs, Operations & Quality Managers, and in some instances Training Directors too.
Following considerable grounding in all areas relating to foundational recruiting skills Mindi ventured into the world of recruitment in 2002. She progressed throughout the past decade building an enviable reputation working with 3 of the UK’s largest commercial agencies.
Always an advocate of specialist permanent recruitment she commenced as a consultant, and was promoted to Branch Manager within two years. Adept at being thoroughly challenged by new business development, she excelled in new branch ventures which became her area of specialism.
When asked how she’d summarise her success in delivering on recruitment assignments, she states she relishes challenges, thrives on fast moving and intensely competitive situations to fuel her decisive and hands on spirit.
Mindi joins the Training & Work Based Learning team at GPRS with strong focus on making a very positive mark
on the Northern UK territories. Duly supported by very considerable candidate inventory, the latest technology,
great infrastructure and the best support team by far within the sector.
On a personal note Mindi is keen on personal fitness, and enjoys playing pool and table tennis as well as socialising and networking...which can often be one in the same.

We are pleased to welcome Addie on board as Market Sector Specialist within our Training & Work Based Learning team.
Addie’s remit is to develop new business with clients from Leicestershire to the South coast, placing QCF/TAQA (formerly NVQ) Assessors & Verifiers, Functional Skills Tutors, Employability Coaches, BDMs, Operations & Quality Managers, and in some instances Training Directors too.
Addie describes himself as a very passionate and structured person with a ‘hands on’ approach, which he proudly states “shows in my work”.
His career in business development started with Europe’s largest independent CDMA technology retailer in 2006, initially as a sales cadet. After his first year in the role he was promoted to Assistant Manager, subsequent
to having received no less than 3 awards from a Director of this (the UK’s No 3 broadband provider) for his
performance.
After 5 years of accomplishing his personal goals, professional recruitment came calling. Addie’s first experience of this was with a regional player as a permanent consultant, focussing on building relations with clients on a daily basis. Throughout his time there, Addie helped add value to their business by delivering robust solutions to help save them time and money with their recruitment needs.

On a personal note Addie enjoys sun-soaked holidays in the Caribbean, socialising with friends and family at the
weekend, supporting his football team, and even finds time to play too. A keen golf fan, he also makes time for
badminton and paintball. We wish Addie all the best with his new full time hobby of campanology!

We are pleased to welcome Bev on board as Associate Director focussing on Human Resources & Administration professionals mainly within the Food & Drink sector.
Bev embarked on her career in professional recruitment over 15 years ago. This followed a successful career within the finance and retail sectors. A wealth of knowledge within these sectors provided the platform to kick-start her career with such success.
Throughout her recruitment career Bev has successfully recruited in a range of sectors including human resources, FMCG, education, occupational health, retail, manufacturing and construction.
Middle to senior management level career professionals are Bev’s area of expertise, she joins the team at GPRS having discovered her niche in the searching and selection of high quality permanent staff some 2-3 years back.
Remaining committed to achieving the best outcome for her candidates and clients, Bev has illustrated a real passion for recruitment that has not faltered since her first day on desk.
In her spare time Bev is an avid rugby fan, and was once vice president of Shottery rugby club. She enjoys walking her dog and is a keen horse rider, having owned a horse for 22 years.
